DESCRIPTION
Installation of new MVHR unit.
ASSIGNMENT
The application had important and specific requirements in respect with air management and heat recovery for its pizza bread and dough preparation areas.
PRODUCT
The MVHR unit supplied is a SIC model CFRE+200, high efficiency with aluminium air-to-air crossflow heat recovery element, 2,000m3/h airflow, EC fans and compact dimensions.
The unit can be fitted as standard options with Bioxigen air ionization system, the exclusive system by SIC and Bioxigen that reduces the microbial and bacterial load in the air.
The family range goes up to 4,700 m3/h to cover a wide range of applications.
STATUS
System up and running since June 2021, fully commissioned.
